my charming new abode

Basement. Opens into the garden. Storage area at the moment. Soon, will become

a make shift greenhouse, for my vegetable and flower starts. And my sewing and craft room.

Third Floor. Door on left, bathroom. With an amazing enamelled tub. Door on the right, a walk in closet! What more could a girl ask for?

Third floor, bedroom.

Second floor, street level. Open kitchen, and living area.

It is no longer empty. My belongings are everywhere. Boxes and boxes waiting to be emptied. There is nothing like moving to clue one's self in to how much they have managed to collect. Especially, for someone like myself who loves thrift stores, yard sales, and antique stores.

There is lots of nesting to be done. I will surely post photos as I make a home for myself.

P.S. I would post a picture of my washer and dryer, but they are not all that charming. I am in love with these two appliances. They make me feel like a real adult!
