I recently went strawberry picking, and picked 18 lbs. It was the best picking ever. I could not stop myself. The large majority were put in
the freezer, for safe keeping. However, I did make this.
Swiss chard, kale, and Collard Greens, just picked from the garden. When I came in from the garden, after harvesting the lighting was perfect.
