This past week was the 4th birthday of a very sweet little girl that I know and love.
I have wanted to make one of hop skip jump's dolls for sometime now. I love Fiona's work. But, this little girl has a number of dolls that I have already made her. So I bought Fiona's rabbit pattern and set out stitching. I added a flower pin, form inspiration from a recent purl bee post. In addition, I put together a little photo album. Of a series I had taken of her last spring; while picking handfuls of trillium in the woods. I also put together a little bouquet of flowers: ranunculus, grape hyacinths, and dusty miller. I can not go to a birthday party without flowers in hand! I wish I had a picture of them.
